Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days
Remote locations may require additional delivery time
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value.
Order Tracking
A tracking ID will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped
You can use this ID to track your shipment status
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Important:
Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved:
Return instructions and shipping address will be shared
After inspection:
Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns, such as:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error from our side.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
